A: This is the most you're going to have to do, we'll take care of the rest. After you've made your secure PayPal payment, you'll be directed to a page on our site, where you'll join our WDS Club. (Web Design Services Club). Membership is free and gives you access to all the information you'll need to get your project going. Just fill in your details and confirm that you actually made the payment by clicking on the link in the email you'll receive. Once confirmed, you'll be able to download our "Get Up and Running!" guide. It will show you how to write the content for your site, it's best if you do this because you know your business better than anyone else. You'll also be shown how and where to get the name for your site (without registering it because we do that for you. When your "Get Up and Running!" guide is complete, we'll have all the info we'll need to build your site.

Q: I'm not a writer, how am I going to write the content for my site?

A: First of all, don't panic, it's a lot easier than you think. You probably have documentation about your business that you can use to generate fresh content for your site. Take a look at your original business plan for example, or maybe some advertising material you've used in the past. Also, don't forget that (depending on your choice of Combo Hosting/Service Package), you'll have a 1 - 3 hours consultation with our in-house internet marketing expert, who'll help you to get started on the right track with your new website.

Q: Can I make changes to my site once it has been completed?

A: Yes, of course you can. You'll receive notification as soon as your site is ready. It's at that point where you'll be able to let us know of any changes you'd like to take place. We'll do this for you and upload your completed site to the internet. Don't forget that you also have (depending on your choice of Combo Hosting/Service Package) 1- 3 hours of updates per month. On occasions when you need more work doing outside of your allotted time, contact us for more information.

Q: I have my own graphics, can  I send them to you for use on my site?

A: Yes, you can. We actually encourage you to do so. However, you must be the owner, or hold legal rights to use them. We do not accept any responsibility for copyrighted materials you send to us for use within your website.

Q: Will I get the same kind of quality website as in your samples?

A: Yes you will. When you choose one of the samples, we'll build your site based on its' design and layout. All you need to do is to send us your content and web graphics and we'll do the rest. Our samples are of the highest quality, and would normally cost you anywhere between $1000.00 - $$6000.00 anywhere else. Luckily enough for you, you get our web design services for free.

Q: Who owns the site once it's developed?

A: Any content or graphics you send to us to update your site are owned by you. We own the rights to the design and layout of your site.
